Wow, just wow! My favorite Chinese place in the Seattle area. The Dan Dan noodles are to DIE for. The dumplings are also delicious. The staff here is friendly and moves quickly. For those that live in the city, go here with family, on a date, or just for a solo dinner to reward yourself.

We have never gotten bad food here. Everything is loaded with flavor, and if you enjoy Szechuan Peppercorns this is a great place. If you want to experience authentic food, order authentic food. They also have Americanized dishes for anyone that wants them.

Ordered the Mapo Tofu, Spicy Beef Noodle Soup, and the Vegetable Chow Fun. The Spicy Beef Noodle Soup was a whirlwind of flavor. Super rich broth. The mapo tofu was delicious and a great vegetarian option with a decent mouth feel. The chow fun was enough food for two meals on its own and the noodles were delightful.

Amazing wontons...and everything else. Our new favorite dumpling and hand-shaven noodle spot. The wonton skin was sturdy but thin, and melt-in-the-mouth wonderful. Pure perfection. The hand-shaven noodles were similarly super tender. So so good. Do yourself a favor and try them out.
